At Governor’s Glen, we strive to keep our rates affordable. Our residents deserve the highest level of care, and by providing that, we simply cannot be the cheapest community.
We try to work with all of our families, and we do accept veterans aid and attendance benefits and long-term care insurance. Please call for additional information on these payment options.
A community fee is $1,500, which is due at the time of move in. It’s a one-time fee, and it is used as a non-refundable deposit to hold your love one’s suite.
Our memory care rates are all-inclusive and are not based on levels of care, which differentiates us from many other communities. What’s more, the price of your loved one’s care will never increase from the time they join the community until they leave — even if they need more care and attention as they age. This means you will never be caught off guard by surprise charges. Everything is covered in that base rent: accommodations, meals, housekeeping, laundry services, scheduled activities, medication management, bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing.
Our assisted living rates are not all-inclusive, because we recognize that seniors come to us at different points of their lives. We believe you should only pay for the care that you need, because we think your care rate should be affordable, specific to you, and fair.
Our adult day care and respite care rates are also all-inclusive and never rise based on care needs. There is a one-time $100 community fee due on the first day care for either program.

We believe we provide the best holistic living experience for seniors with memory impairment, but don't just take our word for it.
We have lived at Governor's Glen for more than two years now. It is not the plan we had for our golden years but; you have to play the hand you are dealt and do the best you can. At the start of our time at Governor's Glen my wife was not happy to be here and I was not happy about having to make the difficult choice to bring her here. While my wife can be difficult at times, Dementia is hard to deal with, the staff went to work and she soon had friends.

My wife has been at Governor's Glen memory Care & assisted living since July 3, 2017. During this time I have had the opportunity to observe the staff and those that are doing the clean up, maintenance, and the workers that take care of the people that are living at this location. I have recommended Governors Glen to people on three (3) occasions. My reason for this is that the staff and workers appears to be happy and has a very great understanding of their particular duties.
